Another week

2 March was the first Harriers club run, not a bad bunch.

3 March
I was at the $3 Hare Krishna lunch and talking to a vaguely familiar looking girl when I realized that I recognized her! Yes, I had seen her on an internet video! No, not that kind of internet video, what kind of person do you think I am? She was a friend of another Williams guy (Robin [not Robin Williams, Robin who goes to Williams]) who was here last semester and went on a bike trip on the Otago Central Rail Trail with her, made a movie out of the experience, and showed me. Small world? Perhaps. Convoluted sentence? Yes.

Hilary mentioned that she was trying to find people to go with her to a concert by Paul Urbana Jones whom she saw last semester and liked a lot. I said "sounds cool" and we ended up checking out the Arc, which is a small cafe with good musicians. Paul Urbana Jones is a blues guitar player with good songs and a really good stage presence. Very good show.

Oh yes, and this was the first week of classes. Not much work yet.
